Construction of three (3) lift stations at the location of three (3) existing bathrooms on the golf course to take them off of existing septic. A force main is proposed connecting two (2) of the lift stations to a master lift station. The master lift station will connect to the existing city sewer manhole on Skokie Street north of the golf course. No work is proposed within the existing buildings with this permit. Each existing bathroom building has 2 toilets and lavatories. There is no change of use or increase Building GFA or Members (ERC).
