We foreclosed on the previous owner who had pulled a remodel permit. Upon our arrival at the subject property, the SFR/building was completely removed including its foundation. It was raw land. There was demo construction materials on the ground and in trash containers. We paid for the debris to be removed. I have pictures of the inspection site the day we arrived. As per instructions given by the city, I was told to apply for a demo permit and state its after the fact.
