*PRIVATE PROVIDER-INSPECTIONS ONLY* RJTR is submitting building plan revisions due to the required relocation of transformers from Arch Street to North Himes Avenue. The revised location of the transformers is located at the northeast corner of the building and will be screened by an enclosure constructed of galvanized steel tubes with operable gates and clad with galvanized perforated metal panel. The enclosure is shown on the architectural drawings for reference with the final, engineered, design delegated to the General Contractor. As a result of the revised transformer locations, some layout revisions were necessary at the ground level only. The Main Electrical Room is now located along North Himes and the Domestic Water and Fire Pump Room has been relocated to the north face of the building along Arch Street. Tenant Security Rooms have been added to the first floor as well. Thank you for your consideration.
