Sheet A0.01 - Parking calculations & requirements have been updated to reflect the increased demand based on occupancy; see shell document G1.02. Non-conforming items to be addressed in front of VRB hearing scheduled for May 9th. Item is clouded w/ Delta 1.2. Sheet A1.02 - Coordination between S & A sheets where the fireplace slab is concerned. Item is clouded w/ Delta 1.2. Addt'l narrative concerning Structural adjustments are also included as: - The (4ea) dimensions that were changed by the Mezz foundation were in response to the updated ARCH redlines from A.O.R. - The Foundation for the (2ea) exterior walk out coolers was changed to a TE-2 due to a tree zone requirement and the distance to the property line, per Sheet A0.01. - The revision at the plan South part of the bldg, at the entrance to the kitchen, was changed due to a change in elevation for the Architectural plans. - The revision at the Plan South part of the bldg, by the entrancde to the outdoor seating area, had a foundation change in response to an update bldg layout by the A.O.R. - Section 9 on S2.01 was changed to accomodate the use of pavers for the floor system in the outdoor seating area, and the updated pad footing for the columns.
