Civil - Sheet C3 - The "smart" box #102-GI was relocated out of the pavement area due to cover issues w/ structure top. A new grate inlet 102A-GI was added to connect to the StormTech system. Civil - Sheet C3 - A yard drain has been added in the green space North of the bldg to provide an outfall for this area. They yard drain connects to the StormTech system. Civil - Sheet C3 - Condensate drains from the HVAC system have been added. A drywell is proposed for the units that discharge to the West. A small French drain is proposed for condensate drain along the North side of the bldg. Finally, the condensate drain at the Cooler at the NW corner of the bldg is shown to be tied into the proposed drainage pipe.
