*PRIVATE PROVIDER: PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTIONS* As a result of the final site/LAL inspection performed by Ryan Bickle we were asked to submit a revised Lot Grading Plan (LGP). In addition to the drain points we initially put on the LGP we have added two additional drain points in the rear of the property. Also, the revised LGP now reflects the as-built survey. We matched the existing grade of the adjacent properties.
