Plan revision required before final inspection including sidewalk along S Sherwood St and driveway apron tapering in ROW. Sidewalk to be installed with a clearance of 2 feet from edge of pavement and as far away as possible from specimen tree. Portion of sidewalk within tree protective barrier requires to be at grade. Evaluated live oak on the west side 35" C-9 per Dave Reilly. TECO has pruned large structural limbs from the ROW. All the weight and remaining canopy is over the lot to be developed. Several failures are evident including a 4"-6" recent. Most other failures are 1"-2" failures. Codominant trunk with included bark between co-dominant stems. Insect frass is observed. Ok - C-9
