Approved Blower Door Test Form Required
Residential buildings and dwelling units that have a permit application date of July 1, 2017 or later will require a Blower Test performed by an approved third-party. Blower Door Testing reports verifying seven (7) air changes per hour or less must be uploaded to the Accela project record. The Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until the approved test is accepted by the City. Buildings with less than 3 air changes per hour will require a whole house ventilation system in accordance with M1507.3. Field Review of TRZ Lot
Met in the field with Shane O'Neil with Vikin Homes- Lot corners were staked, setbacks were staked and TRZ zone was staked. Result is that the 38" and 44" trees are in the TRZ and are allowed to be removed. Shane to revise site plan in accordance with field verification. See uploaded field notes. Also reviewed for canopy conflict approximately 2 cuts 4" or less
