1) The Precast structure’s P-dwgs were revised to show the actual number of Floor Drains/FD’s being provided/(3 ea) not (4 ea) shown in original permitted set. In addition to this, the water fountain was relocated to the exterior wall. One-line diagram updated, as well as layout. 2) Structural details were revised to include the slab detail, trench drain detail, a spread footing pad detail for over storm piping running N to S at center of courts, and a thickened interior footer detail for Padel Court column anchoring points. 3) Uploaded electrical drawings as correct upload type to be included in the permitted plan set 4) Revised civil drawings to flatten side areas by pickleball courts.
