Mitigation and penalty trees are required for all trees that were removed without permit and referenced by Tree numbers 1-36 and 48-66. The required mitigation is 72 type 1 trees, 20 type 3 trees and 12 palms. 43 three inch penalty trees are required. All mitigation and penalty trees have been invoiced to the tree trust. A complaint has also been issued, payment to the tree trust is required to close the complaint. and to call for inspection. If you have any questions, please call Natural Resources.
