This UTL is for the Fleet Maintenance Building. This project for the City of Tampa on City property includes the design and construction of a new Department of Solid Waste (DSW) complex on the existing McKay Bay Transfer Station site. Key site additions and improvements include the addition of a new DSW Administration Bldg(Operations Bldg), Container Maintenance Bldg, Fleet Maintenance Bldg, Fueling Station, and Truck Wash Station. The project will also include new stormwater ponds and a new sanitary lift station. New and updated utilities to the site will include potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and electrical systems.
