Transportation Mitigation due
Per the approved rezoning PD site plan REZ-20-92, prior to the issuance of the first building permit, a mitigation payment of $308,076 shall be paid to the Transportation Division for improvements in the Interbay District area. Within 2 years of the final certificate of occupancy for the project, the developer will complete a signal warrant analysis and provide a written report for the intersection of W Tyson Ave and S West Shore Blvd. If a signal is warranted, the developer will pay its proportionate fair share to design and construct a new traffic signal
