Description

The proposed modified construction set has been submitted for the approval to construct several necessary field revisions. The first set of field revisions are in response to the comments received from permits to construct in the Right-of-Ways on N. Himes Ave. and W. Arch St. These comments required a modification of the stairs connecting the back door of the townhomes to the adjacent sidewalks. It also required moving the location of the sidewalk on the South border of the property. A separate set of field revisions was required for the driveways along the North border of the property. The driveways are now angled Northeast on the plans to avoid an electrical pole that was planned to be too close and cause possible hazard to the driver.
