This permit submission is for the 100% Enabling Package for the Airside D development. It is the preparatory work required before construction begins on the new Airside-D building at the Tampa Airport, which will be situated on the northwest corner of the airport between Airside-C and Airside-E. The scope of work encompasses setting up a jobsite trailer complex, located just north of the future Airside-D with an access road connecting the two areas. It also includes the demolition of existing structures on the apron and site, dewatering, conducting field engineering, and installing enabling electrical and technology systems. Additionally, the work involves performing sitework, setting up site utilities, and installing fencing and vehicle gates.
