Yard drains were added to each front lot and re-grading of all courtyards with roof drain connections to header pipes located at least 5’ off the buildings. -Updated garage floor elevations with designations of how many steps and size of steps with additional spot elevations shown at the garage connections to the EOP. -D-#3 shown shifted further north and revised Diana St access grading. Access to Diana St now considers the 2% cross slop of the proposed crosswalk. The grading has been revised between the new location of the inlet and the crosswalk to ensure that water will flow north to the inlet and that no additional flow will be routed to Diana St. -New offset of the existing 12” WM is shown on these plans and have been reviewed and approved by the city water department and FDEP. - A separate water tap, meter, & backflow has been added for irrigation. This has been reviewed and approved by the city water department and FDEP. - Additional ROW survey added and grading for sidewalk widening shown for the 10’ sidewalk required by FDOT in the Nebraska Ave ROW. - Tested adjacent fire hydrant and added fire flow calculations to Utility Plan. - Transformer locations have been revised to match TECO’s final design. Added a second transformer behind the dumpster. - Access connection to Nebraska Ave revised per direction of Calvin Hardie. Reduced turning radii to 15’ and added details on curbing. - Storm connections to the underground vault had to be adjusted in the field due to sanitary conflicts that were missed in design. Structure D-#6 has been adjusted along with additional storm piping added along the north side of the site. - The grading in the Park Space area has been updated to now sheet flow from the eastern to western side to remove the low point that was previously in the center of the park space. Also, structure D-#12 was removed, and downsized the two yard-drain pipes to 10". - The sanitary doghouse manhole has been cut down in the field to match the grading in the ROW. Alex Gonzalez has witnessed and approved the modification/installation of this manhole.
