The dumpster enclosure material is proposed to be changed from a block wall structure to a horizontal PVC fence that will match material used on the primary building structures. We have already received approval from the solid waste department for this change. Attached to this letter is a copy of the email approval and an example of the finished product for the proposed dumpster enclosure. The dumpster detail on the revised site plan reflects this new material and the notes have been updated to match. The internal onsite paver sidewalks have been revised to be 3.5’ wide instead of 3’ wide. The site area calculations have been updated on the revised Site Plan to accommodate this change.
